Method ONE
Step 1. Make a girl character
Step 2. Stand in Henesys
Step 3. F3 people for mesos, Holding down while doing f3 to guys will probably be faster

Method TWO
Step 1. Buy NX
Step 2. Sell NX/NX Items in fm

Method THREE
Step 1. Have at least level 90 Character
Step 2. Go to NLC
Step 3. Fight alien diggers
Step 4. Loot unwelcomed guest weapons
Step 5. Sell to NPC, keep VIP
Step 6. Repeat 3-5

Made 40m in 30mins~

Method 3 is now being patched, I already bought 5 mastery books before it was patched and got 3 hwabis for lulz
