I just recently came back. A lot has changed.. can someone post an up to date leveling guide..?

do you like to do quests? then do all the quests. that will bring you up to like 150 at least iirc

do you like to kill hundreds, if not thousands of the same group of monsters in a small area over and over again for 1+ hour at a time?
