Do you have to max out all of your previous jobs skills in order to put some in your new job?

Im level 107 and i did my 4th job adv at level 105 because i just started again yesterday and i didnt know the job adv
was at level 100 (plus my char was 102 when i got back on)

when i try putting skills into my 4th job adv it says i havent used all of my others, which i dont see as possible since im 7 levels
higher then i should be.

no u dont have to max, but i'm sure skills have changed since you previously played, just keep adding and it will stop you b4 you spend all your points

i had a problem with that; i just think advancing is the top prioriety before levels; but at your current time im assuming you were going to 120.
its been fucking with my NL too; i have had to put in my skills at least 10 times over the past year due to all the changes...

im guessing you missed the free skill reset a few days ago

did anyone else read about the new patch unlocking the skills that you need a mastery book for?
