I haven't played this game in awhile..
Can someone tell me what are the best equips for say..
a level 140 cannoneer?
Gloves/boots/rings/earings
and etc.
What quests I need to do for the best equips, etc

Right now the root abyss gear is the best. I expect it to change shortly though. And atm those equips are about 6-10b per item

Edit: btw its cheapest and best to go empress atm then upgrade later

What server is this?

GAZED Alliance, I have a lvl 150 root abyss Cannon for sale (very rare to find one for sale ;D) a/w is 10b.

Empress gear is your cheapest option for a decent end game play.

Full EMP Gear
Evo 1-3 + Dark Angelic Blessing are your cheapest decent option for rings
Earrings would be anything with %Stat (6% is usually the minimum before upgrading to an even higher one depending on funds)
Other Cheap, but okay Accessories could be Rising Sun Set.

There are no quests you can do for best equips. Maplestory was never like that. Unless you consider bossing 'questing' since there is pre-reqs.

If you're really poor. Simply going for this is a good way to go until you get more money:

4 of EMP equips (Overall, Hat, Glove, Shoes)
Rising Sun Set (Face, Earring, Ring, Belt, Pendant)
Silent Crusade Ring (Chaos it and hope for the best), Tempest Ring, Silent Crusade 1% Exp Ring
Kenta's Goggles
3%+ Cape
Buy best secondary weapon from NPC

I dont think I left anything out. Your best Medal will be Silent Crusade Champion when you complete first 2 chapters.

21% LUK or 15watk

Thinking of either getting 21% top+21% bottoms or a 21% overall with 15watk

Not sure where luck comes in, but yeah the % is better than the atk... aren't you using str?

at level 180 cannonneer... 15 atk. If your main stat was luk, then the luk would suit you much better
