is the skill being revamped or something?
just logged on yesterday for the first time in a while
tried using the book and wouldnt work on my dual blade
yes i currently have lvl 20 venom so i meet the prerequisites

they have changed so much it's ridiculous. i have had to reset skills at least 4 times

Not too familiar with thief classes, but it is possible they changed it so the max is 20 now. They did that with a few mercedes skills at least :p
