Yes, but only at a ratio equivalent to one offered by Scania meso sellers here on JSP. If there are no Scania meso sellers, then no fg.

With white scrolls gone and most of the duped protection scrolls used up, I would think that high base attack weapons would be worth more nowadays... especially a tradable one :/
