Scania/Bera/Broa popoluation wise. Probably economy-wise too. Unpopulated servers, I tend to stay away from because they get lonely very fast.

Well do you want to buy meso, eventually sell meso or just have people to play with because your answer can and most likely will drastically change the answer.

For the most part though, ThisOneDude is correct, except throw in Khaini depending on your answer to my question
