I have a full Raven Set for my Night Lord, but it's all blank. I'm not rich and I don't have NX to use. What is the best method and scrolls to use without NX?

Buy some Epic Potential Scrolls so you have a good base. Then I'd say cubing after (scroll your items first of course, with what ever you need )
