How are the Angelic Buster Items out while the character itself isn't out yet

Nexon put all items out and ready for all new classes during a huge update. Thats what they did with all of their updates. This happened in KMS as well, and Nexon just copies.

This. I dont like to refer KMS's Nexon as nexon cuz people will only see it as GMS.
