Windows 7. brand new laptop 4GB ram.

it loads fine until it gets to Black Cipher. Then it takes a while and says there was an error along with the option to launch a ticket.
It doesn't tell me what the error is or anything else.

Any ideas?

I didnt get on maple at the time, but its possible there were server issues. Which made Black Cipher go bad.

Now if you're still having problems, you might want to check your firewall. If you have Home Premium, there always has been issues and it turned out to be very random for why errors even happened in the first place.

If all else fails, redownload Maplestory. If it still doesn't work, No idea.

Idk my desktop was online at the same time and it was fine. It's Windows 7 Ultimate. I had even tried to turn off the firewall but still it eludes me.

Sent a ticket with nexon and they're looking into it still lol
