im new to maplestory so..

I have a 7 attack witch belt, and was wondering do i need to supply the Scissors of karma or the other person...

It varies. if you buy it then list it at your price. if they buy it, it's common courtesy to list a discount then. If you mean sell in a shop, then you have to already scissor it.

Edit: btw niccee 7 atk. after using the scrolls, mine ended up 3 atk lol.

not too sure on the price of those atm. it's fluxuating a lot with those dark tokens atm. try high and see if it sells
