hey guys can you help me out my ms is not working i tryed redownloading it and it still dont work i need help asp plz

is it just my download or is it just maplestory
iv tryed to load from site and it still dont work

I get this message

when i do the game laucher it gives me the mgs that saids find solution and stuff and the site it just gives me the err msg that i have to send to them

......can anyone help me out im so lost

log into maplestory from their website. it will update. close it, and launch it normally and it'll be fine

i have a similar problem as well on my other computer i get a failed start up

i dont know whats going on its sucks i want to play

Hmm it's telling me to reinstall it on my laptop. I'll let you know how it goes
