Hi. I'll try to keep this as TL;DR as possible o.o

K.SO, Basically Im looking to make my Evan as good as possible with only using a budget of around 400M meso, and with as little as possible NX spent.,

I don't really know where to start but im guessing my goal is to get any *(glove, shoe, hat, ring, etc)* for magician class i can that is level 71+ (third tier) and then get it to epic/unique potential with as much %INT and base INT as possible..and then scroll it with M.atk and/or INT..and then use enhancement scrolls a few times?

How would i go about doing this without buying 1000 dollars worth of miracle cubes? professions right? keep smithing/crafting/fusing items until i get it potential, and then pray i get 1-2 lines with %INT?

Any recommendation base items i should use? stuff that is really nice like purple adventurer cape (except that doesnt involve NX)?
