I think its worth over 4bil tbh. But I wouldnt know.

12% - 350m
15% - 1.X Bil
18% - 1.8- Max+
2% Neb (~350m-400m) Alone

20Attack Alone is more than max mesos. So I want to say way more than 4bil.

use some enhancement scrolls on it
