Nothing changed. Skeles for under level 20 (or simply NLC) has been removed. Although you can just use the Portal (not sure about this).
Everywhere else is basically the same O_o
However there IS a change.
LHC, anything past Crockies you have to QUEST for them. In which case I dont know if you need to be a certain level to do more of the quests.
