Windia or Bera or Scania is probably your best bet ONLY because they dominate in the # of players in JSP and ofc on Maplestory.

Im from Khaini so I'd say Khaini but its up to you. JSP community has been getting more Khaini players though.

im in bera but there are not a lot of gold sellers in bera if you're looking to get a good start with your fg... id agree with tsukibaka on khaini getting more players in jsp though
