Sometimes you get a karma, or vicious hammer. It does give good gifts. You can get free pets, Other Coupons, Tele rocks etc.

You have to not log in for about ~5 or so days. I'd say 1 week max but if you don't play for 2 weeks, it'll happen for sure. Log back in and stay on for roughly 2-5 minutes, or actually play. Then log out or when you log out, it'll appear (if you qualified for the 'you finally came back!' status).

It's actually usually after a month you get gifts.
things ranging from VIP coupons/teleports 90 day pets, hammers, sok's, and even hyper teleport rocks.

i quit for 2 weeks and like 2 days and did not get the logout gift

i havent played since that post

i hope i get it next time i come back (ill most likely login august 1st)

I will honestly tell you the truth here. I log on to old account and see logout gift. Once you quit Maplestory and log right back in you receive the logout gift in your cash shop inventory.
Works and has worked for me 100% you don't really have to wait 3 days to receive your gift.

i got a 2x drop 1 day once

i got my logout gift btw!

i waited roughly 3 weeks. (not counting the 2 weeks where i went on and didnt receive it then never logged in after that)

I've noticed that (at least for me) you have to alt+f4 when you log out to get the gift. Often times, if I just logout the normal way I don't get anything.

i just pressed esc and went to exit game or w/e lol
