I've never gotten a character to its level cap before.
Given that MapleStory will actually run on my computer (I always have the hardest time getting it to run properly), I'm going to play again and make that my goal.
I used to do those ads on Nexon's website for the free NX so that I could buy a shop, etc. Would always just buy the cheap one and when I afk'd or slept, etc., I'd make pretty good mesos.
Basically just looking for server recommendations (where do most of you play?), character recommendations (I honestly don't even remember what my highest level character was back in the day), etc.

tl;dr: Old player coming back. Where should I go, what should I do?

yeah just go to renegades server. In Khaini I got to 120 with Jett in less than 12 hours. But I trained only during 2x. So in Renegades you can go far fast if its all month. But I recommend playing any class you want of course. Jett and Phantom currently most OP imo. Jett can level to 120 the fastest too ( I Only leveled phantom to 70 )

I started a Jett (level 12 or so - I got tired earlier). I just get scared when it comes time to put skill points into skills. Do you end up getting all of the skills or what? I've just been dumping points into the one that increases accuracy, jump, and move speed.

You should read some guides. Search google for help, you dont wanna have to restart

realize that leveling to 200 takes forever. Sure, it's technically possible in a day, but that's with insane funding, hacked spawns and a party full of buffs.

for reference, level 188 is half way there lol.

Make an aran. Hits Hard wihout funding. Also you dont get bored like most other classes.
