how do you get permanent overalls or weapons?

all i see are "90 days"

The surprise style boxes from Cash Shop, there's a chance to get permanent equips instead of 90 day ones.

you used to be able to buy them in cash shop.

you have a chance to get perm nx from the surprise boxes in cash shop

does that surprise style box ALWAYS give you an item?

and if you dont like it, can you gift or trade?

Yes it does, but I thought you were asking about the perm ones; they come from the same cash shop item, and they can all be traded AS LONG AS YOU DONT WEAR IT!
And, there's a chance a permanent one will come out, but whether it's a nice one or a crappy one...that's up to luck.
