i gained lvl 120 but cant start the quest which reason it can be?

1 u need to complete a quest
2 u need to be lvl 120 on a cygnus char

IF you are a lvl 120cygnus and still dont knwo what to do. Im going to assume you are stuck at zombie quest. You need to go to Elnath and kill Coolies. Otherwise follow this guide:
