Why? Diligence, at level 100, gives you 20% chance to get double the mastery when you craft an item, and more importantly, +10% to scroll success rate. This doesn't apply to potential or enhance scrolls afaik, but it may apply to all others.

How? Level blacksmithing(which goes BEYOND THE DAILY CAP!) from 0 to 10--repeatedly--using only the NPCs for around 140mil mesos. First, learn mining and blacksmithing. Then, buy a bunch of Opal Ore. Make a billion Opal. Make the below amount of arrows per level, talk to the NPC to level your blacksmithing up, repeat until level 10, then talk to him to forget it and start over. Below is the walkthrough and how it works. Depending on luck, you'll save some money with double-mastery procs.
