So, you can then decline the payment and all the NX is removed from your account/your account is banned for payment fraud?

This kind of NX (NX credit) will NEVER have a buyer. It's simply too dangerous, as you could get their account in trouble in up to 90 days from the original transaction as specificed by BilltoMobile's terms of use. NX Credit and MTS NX selling is frowned upon but less easily exploited. I suggest buying the Karma Koin cards if you wish to sell them in any way, shape, or form.

your join date and the huge amount of time in which this could turn into a scam (90 days!) will NEVER let this happen

You could become trusted, do this transaction a lot (sell maybe 400k NX over the course of 90 days) and after 89 days, you can immediately charge back ALL 400k NX and get your $400 back, and guess what, you already spent all the FG you got from the scam.

This is a very easy scam that you could do.

lol to be honest, didnt know you could do that.. ive bought alot off my phone, no problems.. figured i could make some fg but didnt know its illegal to sell it here
