Most truly rare items are untradeable.
But oh my god, don't even talk about hyper inflation.
From what I recall (which is pretty foggy) nx was 1:1 in '09.
In Zenith nx is 1k:60mil.
And a lot of websites sell 1k for 70cents...
8000% inflation, I believe.
