Doesn't the secret spell scroll thing in EOS tower still exist? Can't you use those as substitutes?

That sucks!!! I'm a pretty well funded ice lightning Mage but when Manon 1/1s me I'm basically instantly dead because of all the other monsters around him spamming attacks -__-

Just have a lot, like I mean A LOT of ginger ales and spam them lol.
And no, the secret spell from EOS tower does not work no more. (PLus they removed it)

Tips:

Have your PomPom buff maxed out
Use a medal with significant +HP
Wear a CZak helm (+10% HP)
Wear a Horntail Pendant
Use 1 ginger ale everytime you get hit
Have magic guard up THE ENTIRE TIME
bring cure-alls

Desperation:

Use an onyx apple
