As far as I know, no one pays for HS Mules anymore. Usually guildies use mules for themselves/guildies/alliance
Or people finally realize that most Bishops leeching = payment for HS. Thats all they are good for ofc

well you would give the person hs and then leave the party, so they get the full benefit of HS
it used to be somewhat common, i dont know about now
