Simple quests to hit ~10-13.
Blue Ribbon Pigs to 15~20
Golems 20-30
Mush Kingdom - 30-50/60 (Do Yeti Kings till content)
CDs - 40/-50 (if you chose not to do above)
Jesters 50-70/80
Mp3 80-110/120
LHC 110-120
Master Death Teddies 110-120
Captain, Kru 110-120

This, but at lvl 90 go to aliens until you hit 110

Also, you can do pq whenever you get bored of grinding
