afaik to buy a store ur char must be lvl 16 or higher + acc must be at least 2 weeks old
does any1 knows if its still true?
if the answer is yes, can i gift store to this acc (vl 16+ char and acc has been made 1 day ago)?

Well i just made a new account character level 1 with a store.

really? i tried buying a store with a lvl 1 char (was like 1 month ago) and it didnt let me.
is it a gms char? also did u buy it or got it as a gift?
