What's a good level to do the pre-reqs to get into a Zak run?

Well, i'd say prob like 100+ to actually be able to survive the walk to the zak cave, but if you're a theif, you can hide from them, so 50 if you're a theif.
actually maybe 100+ is overkill, 70+ would prob do it.
let me know if you need help, i can also help with prequests for a small amount of fg.
ie; doing 1st prequest without your help, getting gold teeth, protecting you on your way to prequests.
