Can i buy a 4hours 2x EXP cards in NX shop and it will stack on the event ? So it would be 4x.

If its event 1.5 or 2x and you buy a 4hour 2x Coupon they will stack (3.5)
It is possible. I DONT KNOW IF EMS supports this option though. I dont see why they wouldnt, but Europe doesnt allow Empress Equips atm so.. ._. iunno

On GMS, 2x from event stacks with the 2x EXP cards from the cash shop giving a total of 4x.

I don't see why it wouldn't be the case for EMS.
