it's only 2% per level instead of 5% now. You don't really need to go to puppets since you can hit jesters just fine

Ive got a lvl 66 brawler
Where should i train him to level 70?
Im at jesters atm and they arent that great considering how meh my dmg is
Is there a better place to get me to level 70?

std + wtd were very good for me 65-70
you could easily get away with 70-75 if youre a good mobber

Pirates, go to herb town and find red-nose pirates den 2, small fast spawn map with only 2 levels very easily accessed.
