My account was banned recently we agreed on FG back if account is banned.. Waiting for refund.. I bought from him before with no problems i vouch for this dude. hopefully he refunds my FG like we agreed on. The banned is for botting for sure 100% I can provide chat and screen shots.

Like we agreed on i don't mind the fact the account is banned i understood the risks. But like we agreed on you will refund my FG if it was banned.

I did agree on refund, but that would have been during the botting times. People don't get autobanned AFTER they bot, they get autobanned DURING the botting. I logged on the account and it said Banned april 27th, which is today, and unbanned May 27th, which is 30 days.
The thing is, I FINISHED YOUR CHARACTER 2 DAYS AGO, I did the job advancement and left him in the 4th job adv area. And then logged off, at this point he was still unbanned. I have no idea what you did, but I finished the account 2 days ago, character was fine and unbanned. In these 2 days you must've logged on and did something that got you an autoban, because like I stated before, botting only bans DURING the botting process due to an incorrect setting, that is not the case. If you still don't believe me, I've found a few people on D2jsp that use the same bot as I do, they can tell you the same thing, and what we agreed on was a PERMANENT BAN, like, GM saw the bot and banned it, autoban is 30 days, and you get the account back.

EDIT: Besides, my bot has been down since Wednesday due to that gay mini patch they did, and therefore I couldn't have gotten it banned, since I haven't been on MS since the 24th or 25th = =;;

Secondly, IT WAS FUCKING BANNED TODAY, APRIL 27, ON A 30 DAY BAN. THEREFORE, you must've done some stupid ass shit to get it banned.
Thirdly, the account ISNT PERMABANNED, which was the TERMS OF WHICH I WOULD REFUND. Wait 30 days and you'll get your shitty sniper back. Jesus, and to think I left an extra 50m on that character + 100m in items.
