Or does no one buy weapons until higher levels (120-140+?)?

When someone is shouting "selling nx 1:70", what is that ratio?

Checked online saying it is 1,000 NX points to whatever millions they are selling or buying at, so the above example would be 1k to 70 mil.

However, as most of the information I find about maplestory is outdated, wondering if this is as well.

I don't buy nx
So I assume it's this since I see ads/spam saying $16~ = 1b
10k = 700m
So sounds about right
