Character Card System, Inner Potential, and Link skills are your only other options for 'indirect' power ups.
A character with a link skill has to be level 70 in order to use the link skill.

Kanna needs to be level 100 in order for you to get level 2 of her link skill.
Jett needs to be level 120 for best results of link skill.


Question about raising the level of Blessing of the Fairy, do you raise on the Cygnus or the individual character? Because it might be worth it if it is on the Cygnus because I will be creating some new characters to get those link skills.

It has to be on the Cygnus But it also needs to be VERY WELL GEARED. The task is tedious like I said. There are only a few people who actually goes for Noble Mind (+6 = +30 for BofT) [Few as in a low % of the entire Maple Population]
