Make sure windows is fully updated.. It kept telling me the patch has failed until I updated everything. Then it patched without a doubt.

click goto maplestory main page, then hit play on the left and login and it will launch

Just redownload maple and make a shortcut of the launcher and make it this C:\Nexon\MapleStory\MapleStory.exe GameLaunching
