well i bought a psb for 50mil that had potential +10str +10 dex and otherwise it's 99atk and clean. any idea on how much it will cost to scroll it reasonably well

Compared to the chances to scroll one perfect yourself or buy one already perfect scrolled the last option would be cheaper in most cases.
