1/4/10/16 are the only choices that NEED to remain static, the rest have some flexibility.
7 is arguably the least flexible of the flex options (in some rare cases, mostly in higher mmr games you'll want to be able to Q allies) but in most cases battle momentum is best.
at 13 i love taking increased q range but most people will take queens rush.
20 will definitely change based on both sides' team comps. consider all options before picking

goood job on the combos but recognize that at higher levels of play, people WILL juke them with ease so make sure you aim the combo in such a way that doesnt allow for escape.
