Alright, lets be honest. I am Rank 33. I don't think I deserve rank 33 but obviously I am there for a reason. I have been playing HOTS since alpha and I made the mistake of playing ranked immediately when it was avail and it tanked my MMR. Thankfully matchmaking is broke and I have no way to climb...so I was hoping to duo queue with someone else. If you are looking for a duo partner and you are around my rank let me know :)

Really not trying to be a dick, but how did you get to 33? I played my placement matches with my brother who is bronze in league and I ended up at 21.

At this MMR you constantly get people who can't pick vs comps, don't own healers, feed, etc.

uhhh.......matchmaking being shit means VERY little at your rank. There are SO MANY people around your mmr/skill level that I doubt you get games with players too far off from your skill level.

Don't bother linking hotslogs either, the number of low mmr players who don't upload at all is so high that hotslogs is actually very inaccurate at the low MMR range. It's really only consistently accurate around the top 10-15%

Last season it was like each rank was around 2% of the player population, or so I had thought, wasn't it?
I think that thats how they intended it at least.

so your opponents are in this conditions, it should be easy for you to help your team enough to win.. do you own healers?

I'm not here to argue or anything. Like I said, I am obviously here for a reason. It is well known that it is nearly impossible to climb when placed that low. I made the mistake of playing ranked too early into learning the game and because they don't reset seasons this is where I will be. I should make a smurf just to test my own theory. Though, I am confident that I am regularly the best player on my team. If I am not the best player on my team it is almost always a win.

Not here to complain. I would prefer a new season but I am willing to settle on a duo partner :)

I played on an account that was stuck in rank 40. Had 200+ HL games so MMR was fairly set at that low rating. It took me 2 days of casually playing to get to rank 20. IIRC I think I only lost like 3-4 matches in a 20 rank climb and those were the afk/troll unwinnable ones that sometimes happen.


It isn't nearly impossible. It isn't even hard. Get me a few thousand FG and I will get you to rank 1 inside a week.

OR, I will duo q with you on a smurf for 100 fg/game
