He said the bet was off (once he realized he was awful and would never get it) because "hotslogs didn't record all of his games" despite the fact that if he uploads them himself they will all show up there. Basically, once again he proved to everyone that lying on the internet is his passion (big surprise rofl).

I didn't really press the issue when he didn't fulfill his half of the bargain since I knew he wasn't good enough to get 3500 MMR and also knew that he would lie and never fulfill his end of the deal. It's in his nature. Psychologists would blame a poor upbringing for this type of behavior...maybe they are right, maybe he's just a crummy person in general, either way though...he's so far beneath me that I won't bother arguing with him anymore.
