Diablo for health maybe but you need to get your soul stacks to obtain max health
Johanna is the best tank imo, she also puts out a decent amount of damage with some builds and other builds she is nearly indestructible.

Also Muradin should have a decent amount of life with ult.

Diablo gets +250 health per lvl and has the highest health at max level.

diablo has most health

1. Diablo 5800hp
2. Muradin, ETC, Chen 5600hp
3. stitches 5430hp
