"A player you were matched with has left the game or disconnected from the service."
This seems to happen every time one side or the other gets an advantageous hero setup... right at about the 8th or 9th hero pick. The game doesn't start up, what a waste of time.
About 3 in every 4 ranked matches I try to get into end up not starting because of this.
