According to my shitty brother (who plays at around the mmr that squirrelshitter plays at)....TL queues aren't AS bad at lower levels. He said from what he's experienced in 50-60 TL games over the last 2 weeks....he finds TL matches faster than I find HL matches a lot of the time.

TLDR: Doesn't matter, he won't be top ranked in anything once new ranking system comes out and he can't abuse it (assuming TL and HL have the same +- 1 league system)

I recently played a few games with a friend I made through a QM game with another mutual buddy. He is rank 10-11, 2300 ish MMR. We went on a 14 game HL winning streak where I literally felt like I was playing against 1000 MMR teams. You could literally sit in the front on a Falstad and melt a tank in 2 seconds who just kept trying to walk by you and kill the healer. I can only imagine with Squirrel playing with 800-1500 MMR players how weak the enemy players must be.

I was hoping to make Master before the rework but I didn't pull it off. I had that really bad losing streak the other week and just stopped caring about the grind.

Will be interesting to see how the match making is after the rework

yeah I don't know how much I will play since Overwatch is so much better and after just a 3 week break I was really bad/rusty but I imagine I will stick around since I have a feeling HotS will EVENTUALLY not suck dick. Just need to get enough good players that I get kicked down to the bottom of Masters instead of mid GM level. Once that happens I think I'll enjoy the game a lot more.

This guy had 2 HL games in 2+ months. He immediately said "Dodge draft or I throw" the minute the draft opened. Before any picks were made or anyone said anything. He picked Nova and spent the whole match sitting on enemy tower trying to siege it. Weekends are tough

yeah decay system is definitely needed. I sucked ass on tracer the 1 game I played her when I came back....like...I was still way better than all the 2700-3k mmr retards but I could tell my combos were delayed and I missed 4-5 kills I could have secured for my team full of shitters.

I'm curious what the new ranking system will be like in HotS. Will there be decay?
granted there will still be rage, but in a new and exciting way hopefully
