Stuff like that comes down to WHEN you won a lot (beginning 100 games count WAY more than any game after that) as well as WHO you are winning against.
In my last 110 games with a 67,3% win rate, my MMR has risen 400.
So I should keep going with a win rate of 67,3% for another 220 games, to reach the same elo he did with a 55% win ratio and 180 games.
I mean, he could do the exactly same climb from 2600 to 3400 with less games and lower win ratio, just because he played better previously.
First 100 games, or any amount really, shouldn't affect shit THIS much later on.
It's totally fine for me if a person reaches a certain MMR faster because of the early success, but once reaching the point where he "started", one should be able to climb as quickly with same performance...
So to summarize: The MMR system sucks, the game sucks and blizzard sucks.
