score doesnt usually mean too much all the time because comebacks in this game are real especially in lower levels of play
But 1-10 is sad.

Don't get too hung up on MMR this early....took me months to climb to 3k when I first started. Just try to have fun, learn all heroes, and mass games until you get a decent understanding of the meta/what to expect from different team comps.
