You will never gain 300 points if you are rank 1. Average is 12-13 points. I played a pro team and won and all I got was 20....and they were all 4k MMR or higher.

Ooohh I mean, I've fallen from Rank 1 from DC'ing and got rank #3 and then got +200-300 until I got rank 1 again..
