289 lol. not very many since the reset, mostly from a long time ago

Unless your wjnrate is 70+ in the last 20-30 games you might as well not restart

This sounds about right, though I would say out of your last 40-50 games simply because a single good win streak of 10-15 could make you hit that ~70% mark.

10-15 streak is pretty telling

It can be but I've gotten them at around 3900-4k mmr and still managed to drop to ~3800. I mean...I suppose some of this comes from me not caring so much anymore and playing heroes I am not the best at in HL more often as well as the top end of the playerbase just overall improving but it still should carry some weight.

I dunno, maybe comparing top MMR levels with rank 20ish levels is comparing apples to oranges.
