Nah it wasn't MMR decay. You played in November.
You didn't play as much as other players, and got kicked out into a lower rank. Lol.
Good players play Team League. It's about the time of day, the server (coast), and who you play with.
I could easily get 3400 MMR by taking advantage of the match making system like I have been in the last week.
The games are more fun, too.
3K MMR -> 3.2K MMR in literally 2 days.
