A good abathur with mine build will almost always get a kill just using those damned mines....I hate that shit lol

Is the only real counter to mines Tassadar? I guess Raynors scout thing but other than that I just pray I don't hit them and try to watch them be put down.

Rexxar has flare and a number of supports can take clairvoyance which reveals a large area for stuff like that.

Is this something I should do as support? If I see Abathur going for mines that Clairvoyance should be taken? Never used it before actually

I think that it depends heavily on what support you are using but to be honest I feel like it isn't something you should need to spend a talent on. Chances are you're going to know where a competent player will put mines and either use something like malfs W to kill them or just run through them when you are full health and in a relatively safe situation (Like if you are oom and about to go back...no one is near you...full hp...just face check a bush or something nearby if you think there might be some mines there).

It is about being careful. Everyone steps on a mine, ignores it, then charges headlong into 15 of them. Stop dead once you step on one, throw a skill shot in front of you, the mines die fairly easily. Avoid walking through bushes if you don't need to, etc.

Mine abby gets real fun when people get blood thirsty to kill your ult (they always are 100% of then time)
Baiting them into a bush and just watching them lose 90% of their hp to die to your ult is the single funniest thing you can do as abby.

Other team tried to take boss while up a lvl and we kill 3 of em while the other 2 slink away
My team doesn't take the boss and reverts to splitting up and capturing little camps.
They respawned and took boss to push us for the ko.



My team coulda spent 15 second killing a half deda boss and got the win :[

I don't even know what to say to that lol....I probably woulda earned myself a silence in a game like that.
