Now that we have the whole story of what the OP is going to be doing............well, if you are just playing QM for fun with your noob friend(s) then honestly go into try mode and see which heroes fit your playstyle best. You can literally carry in QM with any assassin if it is the hero you play the best...especially if you are playing with friends who can pick complementary heroes (Like uther/tyrande/muradin when you go butcher etc.)

You really like to argue. I'd hate to have you as an NCO. Which luckily, wouldn't happen because you would've had to have been a SNCO to be my super.

Tier lists aren't solely generated from pro teams (although I think chu8 had a pretty good tier list a few months ago). They also come from hotslogs which is pure data and not just opinions.

Also, according to noobs like yourself and squirrel, "hotslogs is incorrect" so you can't use that data while simultaneously saying that it is bad data.

if hotslogs doesn't have all your games, (which by your logic means your MMR must be higher than it really is) then hotslogs probably doesn't have all of Tychus's games either....so his win rate must also be much higher.


You can choose one or the other, either hotslogs is an accurate representation of all data (Meaning it might not be EXACT but the ballpark estimate is pretty good)

Hotslogs just recently started having issues. Another invalid argument.. I've seen Tier lists that said Sonya and Tassadar were Tier 3. So to say they're created by pros? Well..

Hotslogs is a good ballpark of seeing where heroes stand. Tychus won't be good unless they remove stuns from the game.

Regardless of WHEN hotslogs "started to have issues" which according to you translates to "stops being accurate my MMR is better whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" it still means the same thing....that according to you, it's not accurate.

Saying you've seen Tier lists that were complete BS only proves that literally ANYONE on the planet can make a tier list....so what you are actually saying is that the tier list is really only as good as the understanding of the game the individual has who is making the tier list.

Why do you keep thinking that I'm crying? I didn't complain at all about my MMR. All I ever stated was that my games were also not being tracked properly.

Then why do you offer advice? Why would you not refer these questions to the best players and their tier lists? You don't fall into any of those 3 categories. What makes you any better than people who make tier lists and say KT/Jojo/Leoric/Nazeebo are Tier 4 and only Chen and Brightwing are tier 1?

Being top 200 NA (yeah, feel free to look me up for last month on the Blizzard site....just keep in mind at the moment TL is fairly meaningless and HL is what really matters.) provides some meaning. But honestly, the most meaningful reason on why the advice I post here is useful and accurate...is because ALL I DO is take the information provided by the top players/commentators in the world and regurgitate it on these forums. I watch large scale tournaments, I read hots news sites and look at the data that is complied for us, I read the interpretations of said data and post those things here for people to also read.

I am no great innovator, and although many of the things that evolve in the pro meta are things that I, independently of that scene, discovered on my own...I do not take credit for any of it. I am perfectly fine with telling people "Hey....if you want to know who's better...it's this hero." and them understanding that it is not me as a player who has this opinion, but all the top players in the world.


I don't understand what you think I am trying to do in this sub....but all I really aim to do is provide people with the most accurate data available for me. It is in my best interest for everyone here to have all the tools available to them to improve....because then I will have better players to play with. Who doesn't want that?
