While her HL win rate remains low in comparison to other heroes, I am fairly certain that is due to the volume of low quality players who end up playing her (Much like abathur/illidan, who also have low win rates in HL but have a high pick rate in professional games).

The bottom line is, if you're good with her...she is definitely a quality comfort pick vs double mage (If you have to play an assassin).

If you don't play her well...I wouldn't bother practicing her when you could instead play a stronger aa assassin like Raynor (Or continue playing Sonya).

I mean im not particularly good at any given person so not like im trying to climb to rank 1 b4 i learn all the chars.
Sonya seems to be very powerful at blocking/lane clearing/camp control.
In team fights it's kinda hard to get in with her. I try to bait their melee into our ranger ranges while dodging then pop WOTB slam and WW into the fight after we get the 5v4 or w.e

take the self healing level 1 and 7 talents along with the shield @ 16/20 and you should be able to dive right in and start doing damage.

If they have stuns then wait for them to use them before you start your whirlwind and you should have the sustain to wreak some havoc without dying.

Also keep in mind that mages like Jaina die in 2-3 slams with your ult popped so keep an eye out for easy kills.

Definately those end game shields/dmg reduction can be so huge. Popped one to chase through a jaina/raynor ulti popped WW ko'd the raynor speared the jaina and slammed her ass ko while taking 20% of my hp away.

WOTB is also utterly insane. Left alone past 10 i can push through a gate towers, gate and fountains very quickly b4 anyone realizes wth i am doing & get out of there. Going for the front Fort kill and back tower i've found is usually staying too long though.

Jaina is very good. KT as well. Tass/Tyrande are awesome in the right hands/team comp.

If you buy hammer everybody will hate you, it's a waste of 7k there are barely any TC where hammer is good.
