Not sure what my mmr is these days but the other day me and my friend were playing after a long absence and were winning a quickmatch game and all of a sudden one of the guys wasn't helping in team fights etc. saying he doesnt want to "help us scrubs win" and we ended up losing because of it. I'm unranked atm because I quit a little before the new hero league system and he was like rank 3. It doesn't matter what your mmr is or anything, there are a lot of douchebags on this game.
